Each memorial page has one responsible person. Administrators hand responsibility over or give it back; a history shows who took over and when.
Notifications that fit how you work
For each kind of email you decide who receives it: the responsible person, a shared inbox as well, or the whole team.

You order the printed memorial book yourselves. The invoice goes to your organisation and is kept with all receipts in the partner portal.
An approval link for the family
The family reviews the finished book via a link, without an account of their own, and pays for it themselves. You receive a copy of the invoice.
Sharing the cost
Relatives and friends can give an amount towards the memorial book when they write. You decide whether this is possible on a memorial page.
Renewing the online time
After the free first year, the memorial page can be renewed. We send a reminder by email in good time; nothing renews automatically.
Enlarging photos for print
If a photo is too small for the book, you enlarge it right where the photo is. It is paid with credits you buy in the portal.

The memorial page and collecting messages are free for the first 12 months. Extending the online time after that and the printed memorial book, if ordered, are paid. Prices are on the pricing page.
Can we offer this under our own name and presence?+
Yes. Your parish, funeral home or grief-speaker presence appears as the accompanying party — discreet, dignified, integrated where appropriate.
What happens to the families' data?+
Data is hosted in Switzerland / the EU. The family keeps control: whoever manages the page can delete it — it can still be restored for 30 days and is then permanently removed. Your accompaniment appears only where you've agreed it should.
Can the family take over the page later themselves?+
Yes. Once the family is ready, get in touch with us: at your request, we transfer the memorial page to the family's account. From then on, the family manages the page itself.
